Shady by nature, Kael Ornitier love for gambling is immeasurable. During his time as a Twin Adder Captain, he was sent to the East. His stay in Kugane was brief, but the sighting of a strange catfish piqued his interest. He would later learn that they were Namazu, and requested an extended stay in his report after scoping out the situation in Kugane and Doma. He travelled to Yuzuka Manor, where some beleaguered Namazu were working to avert a calamity that supposedly awaited them. Little did he knew, that would be the interaction that teach him the art of scam.
